After meeting the magnificent Dead Magic, I was super curious about Anna's other works. While the melodies can be so delicate, they convey a feeling of fear of the unknown, and this combination makes her an even more special artist, especially in the time of completely commercial songs in which we live today. Listening to anything from Anna becomes an experience.
After seeing that she had announced a new album for 2020, I was very excited, and here we are; All Thoughts Fly, an ambitious work, ... read more

There are people giving low marks for this album, but honestly, I don't know what they expected from a new AC / DC album. The songs are energetic, striking riffs, everyone plays really well, and Brian Jhonson's vocals are incredible. It's a good rock album, it does its job, and it sounds very honest.

There is really nothing new here, but did they have to do something different? Would we like something different? I don't think so.They take all their known elements and put everything together in ... read more

I know it sounds 98% different from the album, and this is a way of showing the problems in a person’s head, but to make an album with this premise of making music showing personal problems and composing them in unconventional ways becomes a a very difficult thing to do well when you’re not a good composer.
Just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s good, and it doesn’t mean it’s bad, but it ended up being a really boring album.
Why am I going to ... read more

It is the first time that I hear this band Swans. Throughout the album, I felt a very strange sensation, it felt like I was hiding inside a cave, observing a cult ritual.
I can't disagree with saying that they are very good at building atmospheres, and the songs have a lot of different textures, this is all really cool, it creates a unique sound, but not everything is flowers. I didn't like it as much as I expected, nor did I find it as incredible as everyone says.

My impression is that the ... read more

I expected more from this record.
It seemed to be so much fun, but to tell you the truth, I found it quite boring. Tired me very fast.

Her last album, everyone said it was good, I thought it was fucking shit, really crap. But this one, I liked the mixture of the violins with this pop / R & B / Trap. I was going to listen only to the duo with The weeknd, but then I saw the violins and decided to listen to everything soon. As much as I’ve seen these elements before, like on the YUKIKA album, I thought it was cool. I just didn't like the falsetto very much (but I never do, it's really personal) and the songs that she ... read more

Pure Reason revolution made 3 albums, changing their style for each of them.
Number 2 is more pop rock.
Number 3 more industrial.
But I love them both.
Then the band split.
Luckily, they came back this year with a 4th album , Eupnea, which is very similar to the 1st one.

Do you know the first album of Pure Reason Revolution, The Dark Third? It matches your definition a lot (and it is fantastic too)
