Edit: I made a tag for every project that I could think of that was closest related to or part of the sLUms movement that is going on in hip hop right now!

Review:

Earl Sweatshirts fast paced, melancholic brand of hip hop is not for everyone, but the poignant lyrics and lo-fi production on this thing are really something else.

This EP has a really nice vibe from it and I will always welcome new music from Earl because I think he’s a phenomenally talented musician.

I like that the tracks were just short and quick but still had enough time to get some bars in and make you feel some type of way.

I wish more artists would release shorter records, at least in hip hop because I find it better to listen to, opposed to a drawn out project riddled with filler and a few bangers.

This is an extremely solid effort from Earl, I expect no less from the man at this point
