WHEN THE SPOTIFY 'DISCOVER WEEKLY' PLAYLIST HITS JUST RIGHT / #1
A great listen marked by a lot of surprises and short sonic experiments; I randomly fell upon 'Moons of Saturn' and I was captivated almost instantly, leading me wanting to listen to the whole project; it plays on such weird harmonies, and weird groove too, but it never feels out of place, they kind of find their way to sounding great even if these compositions are clearly odd. Much like other comments, I found this from spotify recommended. I can't begin to describe how this sounds, but the vocals in this LP are brilliant and create a mesmerizing experience like nothing else, the only other album that has made me feel such a visceral reaction to it in this way was Forever Howlong from BCNR.

I really like some of the ideas here but they need to be packaged in a more ear-catching manner to make the lack of progression not as much of a problem
