Thanks for the recommendation, Carlosfax. It's a pretty eclectic album with a few moments that stood out to me. It's a classic case of needing a re-listen to judge correctly.
This album really moved me in more ways than one. It's melancholic, lyrically compelling, and even though most tracks tend to meander a bit, every second is well spent. 'Oh, Joy' is probably one of my favorite tracks on this record and of this year; it reminded me a lot of Mess Esque and their slowcore post-rock-ish folk.
