Another @magnesianovaa recommendation!
-.-. .-.. is a mix of Ambient, Radio Transmissions and ANW. The first track, Thank You For Everything has this nice, ethereal synth droning with distorted speaking, morse code messages and other beeps and noises on top of it. There's a layer of noise in there, of course; low quality static is all that's left at the end.
