When you find a voice as strong and controlled as this, you know there is something special. Groovy latin-infused rock joins jazz joins neo-soul joins psychedelia to chain together a fence, or patchwork, of influences. This is some artistic stuff that is going to be severely underappreciated in the long-run. Hopefully Korean can break beyond K-pop in foreign markets because Decadent is yet another case proving the vibrancy and variety of the peninsula's music scene.
