PROFF has always been among my favorites in the melodic house sphere, so I was excited to hear him finally releasing a debut album. However, this album is not what I was expecting whatsoever. Instead of his usual progressive/melodic house work, this is an entirely ambient and downtempo release. Focused on creating pleasant atmospheres and building worlds rather than making something more danceable or focusing on percussion too much. PROFF's debut LP is a gorgeous collection of ambient and downtempo, with the progressive house producer's talent for texture on full display here. While a bit too long, this is still a great project to throw on while working.

PROFF’s attention to detail consistently comes out in the way his rhythms sway, the emotion his sound design invokes, and the satisfying tensions and releases he explores in his music.
