Maki's debut album 'KOLORCOASTER' isn't exactly the vibrant spectrum musical rollercoaster it promotes to be but rather akin to just a long straight road. It's simplistic, cheesy at times and most importantly it works but it definitely undermines Maki's talent from its shallow writing and instrumentation.

Maki drops his debut album, and for my 800th review I wanted to shine some support to the Philippines!
Namumula - You get this instant rock coming red all right out for you in full speed; and we are actually really stoked on what is about to happen. For an album named KOLORCOASTER, it feels more like a cozy car ride for me instead. It is both the record's strength and weakness, since his boy-next-door approach on his vocal delivery and songwriting really drives the songs forward, hence the appeal he's received by the public so far.
