Produced by Skinny Puppy's Dave Ogilvie (and Fluffy Auerbach), Skin has the same sinister vocals, raucous percussion and samples as Ogilvie's band.

There's good reason to doubt the wisdom of a second 16 Volt album if the first was as crap as this. Industrial meets Grunge with predictably yawn-inducing results.
