Damn this was odd.. Divin by Industrial duo Tolerance is a very good Minimal Synth and Industrial album with blends of Ambient. We also have some proto Ambient Dub and proto Techno tracks on this album somehow despite the 1981 release this is actually applicable to this album. The way this album starts off tho is great with 2 of the longest tracks on the album to start and they end up being very comfortably some of the best on here. Some fascinating, proto-techno textures on this - minimalistic and sinister, Tolerance's soundscapes are bleak, rendered in a raw, dry mix that precipitates a dreary terror. Quickly, however, "Divin" is boring - its tracks are too long and the compositions too repetitive.
