Placemaker

Just a decent project overall with some strange ideas that mostly panned out pretty well. Some of the weirdest textures on an astral project to date.

Placemaker - 9/10. Favorite here, it’s pretty cool and immersive, with its strange wind sounding like space dust whistling into your ears

Folding In - 7/10. It’s a little too loud at points, but the ideas and the textures are there. With the Dark Cabaret piano and the weird, crunchy, gravel-esque sounds

A lot of songs here show a high degree of creativity and Astral-ness. The title track especially has grown on me a lot.

Old review:
I've been waiting for this one for a while, and I'm neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. Like, it's fine, but there are some nitpicks I have that bring this EP to "decent" status. However, this EP does manage to find a few grooves, and there are a few parts that I really like.
