Cameron Winter has moved out of small artist territory, and although I am not entirely sure what to make of it, I am very happy that people are appreciating it, for the beauty of what it is.

Cam's best written song imo, his train of thought songwriting is allowed time to simmer and subsequently flourish within some truly haunting string arrangements. Lyrics that genuinely get the hairs on my neck to stand up pop up throughout this song, particularly relevant due to obvious recent events and the general state of geopolitics. Genuinely, this is the kind of song an artist writes at the peak of their powers, which makes Cameron Winter's rise all the more exciting.
