Super nostalgic! “Back and Forth” is reminiscent of late ‘90s and early ‘00s R&B in the best way possible, and it couldn’t have happened without a feature from the rap queen herself, Missy Elliott. An iconic collab and an immediate add to my playlist!
Another excellent single from Kehlani that hits the mark of a classic 90s tune, this time with a Missy appearance and more vocal layering reminiscent of signature Brandy.
Y'all, she's finally locking in...I AM GOING TO BE ADDICTED TO THIS ALBUM. GENUINELY, I HAVEN'T HAD THIS MUCH EXCITEMENT FOR AN R&B ALBUM SINCE WHY NOT MORE? LAST YEAR...which isn't that long ago, but R&B is coming BACK & it's fucking eating again! Stream Folded & Out The Window, as well as this.
