Awesome to see DevilDriver somewhat setting Groove Metal to the side to explore their melodic death metal/melodic metalcore sound, it works really well here. I’d love to the whole album in a similar soundscape more focused on these 2 genres rather than groove metal. Really good, Dez sounds much more passionate and full of energy than he has in the last few years
