A wildly mixed bag. There are a couple of more than passable mid-80s tracks, showing some perfectly adequate mic skills. But elsewhere are some of the corniest singing, hooks and content that you could find. I don’t really see how anyone could enjoy this end to end.
Lethal by UTFO is a somewhat likable half-bad outputting. I think from an objective lens, this crudely dated East Coast New Jack Swing Pop Rap release is surprisingly amicable if you are willing to open your mind to severely out-of-date silliness.
