Dude's rapping about microchip conspiracies in 2002. Truly a mastermind ahead of his time. On a more serious note, this sounds like if you were to listen to the New Cocoon guys with a fever. His flow really reminds me of StapleMouth or Wormhole but with a more outsider, Sensational-eqsue undertone.
