I often think about how it must’ve felt being a Silverchair fan back in 2015, seeing Daniel Johns is releasing his debut solo album, and THIS is what it sounds like.

I’m not saying it’s bad, but it is a MASSIVE change in direction. From grunge rock to R&B is brave, and Daniel half pulled it off.

For starters, he works quite well as an R&B singer. I’ve always applauded his vocals on his work with Silverchair and The Dissociatives, but they shine here.
