Not my least favorite Ferry ‘solo’ LP, but not my most treasured Ferry ‘solo’ LP either by a long shot. This release came to me as an "advanced copy" which was a bit of a short-lived thrill... Notably, upon the first spin, while also realizing it had one too many Dylan covers in the Tracklist. But, alas, it's Ferry and I'm a fan, so as a fan I found parts to savor. Everything you always loved about Bryan Ferry is here, along with some fresh collaborators like the guitarist from Radiohead. Probably his best since "Boys and Girls". Favorite track: "I Thought" (with Brian Eno) is gorgeous and will give you goosebumps.
