While yes, some things like the synths on Princess of Love or the beginning of Cry Out are rather cheesy and/or dated, this is a fucking solid US Power metal album. The guitarwork on here is killer, especially in the leads, and there’s so many good hooks and grooves. Gypsies and Thieves, Bad Moon Rising, and Magical Eyes were probably standouts.
