A somewhat patchy second (and final) effort from JVC. The first half of the album contains quite a few weak crossovers into House and faux-Reggae, which don't really work. The second half is much stronger, with a sound very typical of the late 80s, if a little behind the curve by 90. In fact, whilst the beats are pretty funky, they almost all use samples that had been used on much higher profile tracks previously.
