I think Mag.lo might give up making chill hip-hop/lofi hip-hop and moved onto Experimental Hip-Hop
This is like, wayyy different from his EPS, i think it's his best EP but with some flaws. The vocals feel metal-ish or angry-ish or smth. This is a pretty solid EP though, this is pretty fucking cool to listen to lol.
Also i havent said this, but Mag.lo has pretty silly vocals.

Wild, wacky, experimental hip-hop for your listening pleasure. I have to say, 'Never' being my first exposure to Mag.Lo really had me thinking he made chill, lo-fi indie rap, lmao. No, he's more in line with the likes of Death Grips than lojii, and he really thrives in that lane. Hope we get a full-length album from him eventually.
This album sounds personal, is personal, and is very fucking relatable.
IM SLUDGE is the intro track of this album, it features Maglo rapping on top of a really harsh and industrial beat with really the resemblance of "Giving bad people good ideas". Maglo's writing here feels more personal as it was being paired with the angry and unforgiving beat, making the message from Maglo's lyrics shine through the dark and thick layers of cloud the song build up.
