Kryptograf's self-titled debut is an uncompromisingly heavy statement of an album, begging the comparison to the best works of Black Sabbath. The riffs are unique and brooding, with flashes of Iommi's signature techniques, and the drumming evokes images of Bill Ward's booming presence behind the kit.
