I'm all for artists doing something a bit different, but I don't really like the direction juno is taking here. The more somber mellow tracks aren't great and they feel incredibly lackluster. While I do enjoy juno's music, this is the rare exception. The production is pretty good, but his vocals are pretty samey, and the project would do much better with a more hyper and intense feeling. It felt pretty boring throughout. A couple tracks are pretty fire though
The Bay Area digicore artist's latest EP hides any artistic creativity; it's half-baked and sounds unfinished.
juno seems to be a latecomer to the digicore scene. He hasn't gotten the buzz or mainstream attention that acts like glaive or ericdoa have. Quick Review: Even though some of the lyrics are corny and a few of the vocals need work this is still some very impressive stuff coming from Juno, it’s a great stepping stone for him while also being generally unique compared to his other projects, even though this isn’t his best. Another really solid ep, the songs here feel really consistent and coherent, the vibes are great, the mix of Digicore with Emo music is a nice touch and honestly its a really enjoyable listen but the Emo-pop isnt yet perfected on here cause sometimes it sound a liltte off or a little basic.
