Was gonna make this review an essay about what makes a good slow song but I realised I actually have nothing profound to say about that topic. Engaging melodies and vocal performances, instrumentals that embolden the vocals, and a good build are all there really is to it; and this EP is a great example of those tenets. There's a nice bounce and flow here that I neglected before, but despite showing hints of it in Lorelei and The Rain, that doesn't manifest into something greater or evocative.
