A solid, catchy 2000s R&B track that encapsulates the sounds of the era and shows a genuine solo breakthrough for Mel B. of the Spice Girls fame.

This is a very solid and impressive track for a soloist coming out of a big girl group, and it really shows what made Melanie so great in the context of the group efforts she was included in. Mel has always been my personal favorite since childhood so hearing this track for the first time was interesting.
