it's kinda adorable how much better the vocals would get later compared to this where they are really well-performed in songs like White Wind, which is gorgeous , but then others like the 2nd and 3rd are super midi levels of like. not good mixing or performance heehhe but that doesn't even matter much to me i enjoy the melodies and the ideas and the vibe a lot. Alone With You (Dying to See Your Face) is beautiful. <3
While the instrumentals and riffs are just as killer as usual, I fear that the vocals weren't quite at the caliber that they reach in future releases. There were a few cuts from this I enjoyed, but overall, I'm somewhat disappointed.
FAV TRACK: Throve Keys
LEAST FAV TRACK: Wandering, Never Wondering
Honestly might be top 5 best debut album OAT for me. Most of the track are enjoyable with godly vocal from Merami. My favorite here is actually White Wind Interchangeable with Throve Keys and also interchangeable with 恋詠. Weakest track here is Alone With You. Great song but compared to other its my least favorite. Only 5 songs yet feels so stacked.
