While going through the immense and diverse older discographies of the jazz greats, like Coltrane, Miles Davis, Brubeck and so forth, I try to just randomly pick a new record every now and then. Passage was one of them. Didn't know anything about Johnathan Blake or his music, but I was intrigued by the cover picture, listened to it and man, this was a great and thrilling listen.
