The music of Free is more guitar-based this time out, and more rock-oriented than before.

Oh look, "Free" music! As in "independently released music, given away by the band through their gigs and the internet itself."

Rivermaya's 2000 album is Brit-pop inspired. It was the first time a Filipino artist signed by a major label released an album for free, hence the album name. This is actually a really good album, besides the last track.

Omg, this is the best opening track of any Rivermaya album. This sound is very new to Rivermaya, and is great for showcasing how the rest of the album would sound
