The entire album is composed by John Surman and supported by Trans4mation, a string quartet, plus Chris Laurence on double bass. Another production jewel from ECM and very much in the Contempo (Contemporary) Jazz vein. Surman's Mult instrumental prowess shines throughout the album. The string accompaniment lends a classical chamber element that does much to complement each track.
