What a freaking experience! I will be needing to track down whoever suggested I listen to this project! This EP is such a reflective and progressive experience that really is slept on and deserves much more appreciation. Starting off with a super slow build, with seven and a half minutes, of quiet and soft sounds eventually escalates into a hard thumping jam season. I really don't know what compelled me to listen to this project right now, but it was everything I needed.

This just might be one of the most underrated art rock album of the year. I'll be honest, I was expecting more vocals on this one, but the record has turned out to be a meditation process. There's a recurring sound of something like an SOS signal, which adds to the concept and the atmosphere of this body of work. slow tree can become VERY tight withing seconds at times, and yet, there's still enough space to breathe. A truly remarkable record.
