Now having the first track also be my favourite isn't me staying that the album starts great but nose dives quickly, to me this is more like saying the album has better conceptual pieces then the other works that don't quite recapture the magic of the first three tracks. The production here is significantly better than on Halloween. Calm Before The Storm is simple but effective. While ambient music isn’t my go-to—it tends to require more patience than I usually have—this piece creates an unsettling atmosphere that I could easily imagine as a soundtrack for a thriller.
