Everything You've Come to Expect

Aviation was my introduction to TLSP and I've been stuck on this album ever since. I love the depth of the instruments, the storytelling, and the production. To me, this album is Alex Turner maturing and finding a "new" path in music that he really enjoys. The album is refreshing, playful, and sexy. The duo of Alex Turner and Miles Kane is awesome. The Age of the Understatement

Didn't expect much when discovering TLSP. I thought this project would be like any solo project from a famous band, okay but not more than that. This album and Everything You've Come To Expect surprised me tho. Great albums and I think Alex Turner doing this project with Miles Kane is awesome. The chemistry they have is unique and works super well in this. Overall great album.

So good it's almost painful. Songs are touching, haunting, and beautiful. I always feel like I'm witnessing my own death in the most stunning way when listening to this album.

Kings of Leon

Can We Please Have Fun

This is surprisingly good. I've had a difficult time with Kings of Leon the last few years. I love 'Only by the Night', 'Because of the Times' and 'Come Around Sundown', but had a difficult time enjoying the majority of albums released after that. I can't pinpoint it really, but just felt like something was missing. So I was happy when listening to this album and actually enjoying it a lot.
