I knew the song wasn't good, but I actually enjoyed the live version because the girls perform and sing well. The studio version is just the worst thing ever. The baby voice always throws me off and it's so unnecessary and weird; I don't understand why they couldn't use the girls' voices. Every member of KATSEYE has an insane amount of talent and potential and it irks me how it isn't be used well.
Defintely the best realease from the group and the one that made me more interested in them!
"Bad Idea" is a catchy and cute song that holds a much deeper meaning: the strength to free ourselves from the world's standards, to refuse to be labeled as anything other than "me". It showcases the members' vocals well and I'm really satisfied with it.
"UFO (ATTENT!ON)" is probably my favourite title track of SAY MY NAME. The concept is dreamy and lovely, ... read more
There's nothing in the world that I love more than a silly debut. The music video is colorful and fun, something that the new gen misses. The song itself is great and catchy, I couldn't take the chorus out of my head. U.ji is one of the strongest vocalists I know, and her voices adds more complexity to the the song; she's also so stable and powerful singing live. I appreciated the choreography because it's iconic even though it's kinda simple. I live for trashy outfits ... read more
I don't understand why this single isn't being promoted well, it's good! I mean, it's a seasonal song that I see myself returning to only during winter, but it's actually made for this so I think it's pretty normal. I like it, it's calm and warm, just like Suho's voice.
tripleS will never disappoint me. this album is great and it's been my whole ost for this month! I appreciate the fact that their jp sound is different from their korean one, it sticks out to me in a enjoyful way. I loved all the songs and I appreciated seeing this unit one more time. Everything is so cute and glittery, exactly what I search for in jpop.
tripleS has the best discography in 5th gen imo, and their jp realeases add more magic to it. Untitled was such a strong debut with a clear identity. Even though we've already seen how the group moves with a classical school concept, this song felt new and fresh. I also think it was an opportunity to showcase some members' vocals better, such as Chaewon's. The choreography is perfect for the music and it sticks to the song like its own skin. I wish it was more appreciated than it ... read more
I haven't seen the show, so I had no prior idea of how the ost sounded like. Hearing Minnie and Shuhua's voices moved me, their synergy is so ethereal. I love being able to listen to the girls singing in their mother tongue, it's just incredibly natural. The song is also good, I enjoyed it and it made me eager to catch up with the show.
This is the real aoty for me; each song succeeded in making me feel all types of emotion, pink you are a musical genius!
I can't wait to listen to new "remixtape"!
I have a lot to say about this mini album. First of all, I'm very disappointed with the title track. What is Teddy doing? "Mamma Mia" could've been at least enjoyable if it wasn't for that boring and mid chorus. I also didn't like the dance break, it felt like a totally different song and it did not melt in well with the rest. The IZNA girlies are SO talented and it's such a shame seeing their potential being wasted. I hope wk1 and tbl realize that this song ... read more
MONSTA X is definitely a boy group excellence.
The EP would be more cohesive without "Do What I Want" imo, but it's a solid track that I still like. I love how the group reaches for newer tunes without changing their whole sound. "N the Front" is a great title track, I just knew dem jointz would not disappoint me. "Saviour" and "Tuscan Leather" are definitely my favourite songs in the album, they're so good and I love how their vocals melt with ... read more
It almost reached perfection! The magical vibes are immaculate and I LOVE their voices in this song, especially Wonhee's! Having watched the official performance, I can say that it's quite impactful and it reminded me of that "christian horse kpop" kind of genre.
Such a great song! I love everything about it, from the music video to the choreography! Sometimes kpop groups don't try too much when it comes to japanese releases and I don't feel like listening to their jp songs on a daily basis. ILLIT, on the other hand, keeps the magic even in these tracks!
Such a classic song that I can't dislike. The summer vibes are immaculate and the lyrics kinda reminds me of "Your name". The vocals blend so well together! 💞
I'm kinda biased since IVE is my 2nd favourite gg but I LOVE this ep! The songs are not experimental and could be seen as kinda generic but I still like them! The concept of "be alright" is so cute but I prefer "dare me"! The Japanese versions of the other songs are so catchy! "Accendio" is still a gag to me.
I LOVE this song sm and I'm so glad we can finally listen to the soyeon version! I still prefer the qwer one tho :)
I'm not a fan of Alex Warren and I don't like his voice. The only good thing about this collab is Rosé and her beautiful vocals. I probably would have liked the song more if there wasn't that man.
even though it's kind of generic I still like it! the song is quite short and that irks me, but it's not like it sounds incomplete.
I was kinda disappointed ngl. I love the production of the music video and the effort the girls put into it, but the music is not my favourite. I do like the bridge tho, I think it's the best part of the whole song. The instrumental is also not that bad.
I LOVE this ep sm!! all the songs are great and unique! the girls perform excellently and they're so talented!
I love this ep sm, it reminds me of all the beautiful summers of my childhood.
Summer Was You is such a great track, my favourite is Good for U tho. Even if I think One, Two, Three Four is the weakest song, I still like it, I think it's cute!
