It's rare for a compilation-style project to have actual quality, and I think Prodys pulled it off very well here. His past projects reminded me more of Kanye fan-edits in a way, but USB-A fully stepped away from that and managed to bring in great music without the overwhelming Kanye influence hovering over it. Very solid project that isn't trying to do too much. I think it's just different enough to the point where it doesn't sound like another generic indie project. The writing is pretty nice for the most part, even with some song ideas being a bit questionable such as following your crush home.
