Great concepts and finds Kendrick continuing to expand on the self reflection he perfected on TPAB. Where this album falters are its sometimes lazy performances and few not great songs.

Back half is better. Kendrick gives us super clever lyrics but other than that the production and performances don't compare to his other excursions or other tracks on this album. He does however sound engaged which i do appreciate
