I mean it is exactly what he said it'll be. Not a concept album just some bangers and that is perfectly fine. Some do feel like some b-sides from other eras not sure though. All in all, an enjoyable Tyler project.
Does this at points maybe feel a bit overproduced? Maaaybe, but that doesn't matter. The layers in the production are insane, the rapping is great and overall an amazing debut album. The only problem I see with it is the fact the production sometimes feels samey (not that I didn't enjoy literally every single part) but as a whole album it can feel like there is not much change in the album. The second problem is the obvious influences - where at parts you can kind of just think of ... read more
I never expected to say this about a Miley album - but this is truly Something Beautiful, ESPECIALLY the 2nd half of the album. Really pleasantly surprised with all the sounds and experimentation she does on here.
I don't know if McKinley ever missed honestly. This honestly might be the best release of the year.
There are some pretty good parts, but at some times I felt the album was just a tiny bit lackluster
Like I dont know if there is truly a bad song here, but not many of them are that interesting as well. A lot of them just mesh together
It's a decent little EP, but I think we all know Kilo Kish has much more in her arsenal than this
I enjoyed the singles a lot, so I expected a fun little EP and it definitely delivered. Obvious Charli influences but that isnt a bad thing at all
FANTASY FANTASY FANTASY FANTASY FANTASY FANTASY FANTASY FANTASY
We finally got the full version of the ending of New Black History
I am still unsure how to rate this. He knows how to make good sounding music, but 22 tracks and almost an hour and a half of it is a little bit too much imo. Some of the songs could've been cut since a few of them felt really samey. But there are really some fun and good highs here as well so it's definitely a hard thing to give a singular rating to.
Honestly after getting used to his voice and singing style, this was stellar. Some songs felt like they could've given a bit more but overall it's a great listen
