Overall more consistent in vibe and song quality than terrified… but I feel like terrified has higher highs in terms of ear orgasm potential. I personally prefer 51 ttasphel pony ave. And tell me what you’re missing to anything on this. But this album is still fire.
Ts dropped last year n killed all the opium shi for me…. Like wlr was hard as fuck and he just abandoned Ts and lone has been ass for a min Ken hasn’t been great since agc idk man shi fell off. They coulda done a collab album at any point like looking back at the years of hype for nothing is just ass not even an official opium collab with ken lone n Carti. Artists inspired by opium n wlr are way ahead of Carti n his goons.
I need time to think on this one but I didn’t dislike a single song… the second half of the album is better in my opinion.
I fucking love this shit there are some misses but the hits are like generational, 51 Ttashpel Pony Ave . Is like one of the best songs I’ve heard in a minute. Tell me what your missing is super catchy, and kiss of death is super underrated I love the repetitive melodic instrumental….. fake mink really the hardest in the uk underground rn.
Hollis the only new gen that stuck
I listened to a couple of the leaks like “Jennifer’s body” and I was really hyped for this shit and I think Ken delivered. It’s a large improvement over X in every way, the beats are better, the rapping is better even though he gets a lot of shit about it. It’s not too long and doesn’t feel bloated, W Ken Carson.
I feel like a homixide gang x Pierre song should be more than just a basic piano beat. Homixide gang is also usually at their best on rage beats and high tempo shit but this isn’t awful.
I think the albums better now although it’s a bit longer which is one of the main problems with it… ima just rate the new tracks
Catch a kill - 82

Too damn rich - 80
Spillin - 84
Pop punk at its peak. The story of this album is decently clear and very compelling. the sound is even better and is extremely explosive and all put together is one of the most legendary album ever made.
Instead of continuing to make annoying radio rap, Jack Harlow instead takes a 180 and makes a super solid vulnerable and conscious album. I hope he stays on this shit.
Crazy how this is up there with whole lotta red as one of the best opium projects, these are some of the best rage beats I’ve ever heard.
