Absolution

Another great project, and another of the reasons of why i love Muse.
The pessimism and critics in regard of society and governments are not new to the band at this point, and in this project they put together the nihilism (more moderate than the first two albums) and the social argument. It's a very well crafted conceptual album, with loads of bangers like Apocalypse Please, Time Is Running Out, Butterflies And Hurricanes, Hysteria and obviously Stockholm Syndrome with the incredible bass riff. The only thing that is not at the same level of Origin of Simmetry is the consistency, because the second half is less good than the first, even if it's still good. Overall this album is still a great listen.
