did not know what to expect going into this album and was quickly blown away by its inventive sound. though it has some very interesting tracks (such as its last one), it is all in all a very unique experience.

I will always hold this album dear to me, and my love for it never seems to fade with each listen. From the loud and bold sounds of songs like dish rags, to the delicate instrumentals in *falling asleep on the phone*, to the tragic themes of revisited, it all goes together to form an amazing record.
this album marks a very pivotal point in car seat headrests discography. many will toss this album aside for its long and drawn out instrumentals and how they seem to drown you in noise.
