This album was genuinely a massive surprise. I heard people talking about it, and the cover art was interesting, so I decided to take a listen without any prior knowledge of Tiffany Day or her music. It’s good—nothing crazy, nothing amazing, just solid overall. Some of the hooks really stand out and make it a very catchy listen. That said, this album is definitely overrated asl.
I absolutely love the simplicity of this album—it’s super bare-bones and really lets Brent’s message and vocals stand out. Don’t get me wrong, I love maximalist production, but sometimes stripping it down to the core allows it to express itself in a beautiful way. (Edit) this album has gotten better with each listen tbh
This album is genuinely a masterpiece. I love the trap production layered over the gospel music—it’s not over the top and really allows the gospel elements to shine through. It feels both ahead of its time and, in a way, classical.
Nine Vicious is a very intriguing artist. It might just be because I want another great Young Thug, and while he isn’t a Thugger replacement, all his albums feel like they’re missing something. They’re interesting and have a few really good tracks, but they didn’t blow me away. At times, it was a little hard to get through. I need Nine to come harder next time.
has some highlights for sure but i think the storyline overall is cringe but i def see the musical potential
