This stunning microdose of jazz-rap blew me away upon first listen and still blows my mind every time I listen to it.
The instrumentals are beautiful, with a grandiose, orchestral approach to jazz-rap that's very reminiscent of Sometimes I Might be Introvert by Little Simz (although I personally prefer this album over SIMBI). Another banger blend of viciously political neo-soul and dance-punk. Genesis Owusu's voice is so smooth oml.
Listened all the way through for the first time in years. What a riveting assortment of psychedelic chamber pop. Amazing vocals too. Wowee!!!
