Perfect Situation

So, I’m trying to do an actual single review again and not like a shitpost. Yay!

So. I’m going to keep this short since I don’t have much to say. I think I love this song. I think this and “Say It Ain’t So” are some of my favorite songs by them. Weezer… What do I say about this band. They are an inconsistent band with so much good and bad songs, it’s insane. They are the definition of a mixed bag. The album this was on, Make Believe, was really bad and bland. However, I did like this song at first… and then it grew on me and now it is one of my favorites by them. The production is much better than the rest of the album. It is mixed well and you can hear everything clearly. Plus, it doesn’t sound bland, which is a plus. The instrumental is now amazing in my opinion! I thought it was solid at first, but I love it now! Love the alternative rock vibe of it. Also love the playful sounding piano. Rivers’ vocals are amazing on here, as he fits perfectly on here! The lyrics are well written, as it seems to talk about Rivers’ lack in confidence when talking to girls. They are well written in my opinion. Honesty, this is easily my favorite from the album. Overall, this song is amazing! The production is good, the instrumental is amazing, the vocals are amazing, and the lyrics are well written. I love this song!
