This is my favorite Beatles album, tied with Odessey and Oracle for the two best psych albums of all time. God, what a phenomenal record. It has everything you could possibly want in a prog release imo. Drive Home was incredible, and so was most of The Watchmaker, though the end got a little needlessly grand. The only other issue I had was the lackluster transitions on Luminol. Every part of the song individually was incredible, but when mixed together, it kind of feels incoherent.

This was good, but I've always been more of a Dune guy myself. I really liked The Black Riders and Lothlorian. The final song went on too long and could put me to sleep. Some beautiful soundscapes for sure!
Relistened to this last night and realized how truly amazing it is. The title track is truly some his best work.
This is a really tough one for me to review. Of all the Sade I've listened to so far, this was the least favorite. It was the least jazzy, the least bluesy, and despite what the genre says, this was her least soulful album. To me, this was much more an R&B, trip pop album, and I just don't think it suits her style as well.
