Perfect album, amazing performances from every member of the band, especially the drummer.
The level of aggression and energy in every song is perfect, with fantastically heavy instrumentals and a mix that is oppressive and fills the head.

Super challenging listen, 1 hour and 17 minutes of primitive man is quite an expierience.
For some people this album is quite boring, but I think coupled with the crushing heaviness of the band, the length makes for a very unique listening.

In this album Mr. Bungle reduce (some) of their weirdness to create their magnum opus. Mr Bungle's weirdest album, and sometimes a challenging listen, but I still love it. Like self titled it's only a 99 because California is my favourite. Pretty perfect album.
