Perfection, front to back. A man, a sailor, haunted at sea by the crewmates lost, yearning to reach a static horizon all for an escape. This record is glorious. With tracks going from sounding urgent yet symphonic, to just plain Jane controlled chaos, Quadeca pulls it all off with ease. I really love the mix of percussion in this record too. Six years is long enough. This album is an absolute experience from start to finish. With each song, you can sense the amount of passion Jon has for his music and his fatherhood. The beats and melodies are catchy and very interesting at times, the lyrics are stunning as always. Jon has outdone himself here, go listen

Just perfect, looking forward to Breach!

Burnout Days is definitely a fresh sound from Flipturn, taking a bit of a turn from Shadowglow. This album, in my opinion, has no skips. Each track has such a unique sound from the other while still remaining very Flipturn-esque. Some of the riffs and melodies from "Moon Rocks" and "Swim ... read more
