A very cohesive body of work but the songs still have their own unique identity and atmosphere. V displays beautiful, almost sensual vocals throughout the album and tends to have a sense of vulnerability in his delivery. Each song feels as if he is trusting you with a secret only you are privy too. Layover definitely skews from the kpop norm in terms of the sonic and melodic structure of the album.
