This album opens with a bang. The first track 'People Watching' is so fun and catchy, you could have told me it was a radio hit in the 80's and I would not have questioned it. The energy never lets up throughout this project, with compelling production and songwriting, closing with a beautiful ballad 'Remember My Name.' I have never listened to an album on repeat so many times in a row. And then gone and watched every YouTube reaction I could possibly find so that I could vicariously experience this masterpiece for the first time through someone else's eyes as many times as possible. An absolutely astounding piece of work that should and will go down as one of the innovative albums of all time. This is MBDTF for synthpop. A genre-defining moment.
