This review is based solely upon memory and nostalgia. My parents gave this record to me ≈ 1980. I listened to it on repeat. I hadn't heard it in years until today; I like it just as much now as then. They better still have my LP because when I go visit, I'm bringing it back home with me.

This sounds like an Erasure album. If that's what you like, then you probably like this. It sounds no different than anything they've put out since the 90s. It's not bad, but it's not memorable.

I got this for Christmas in '84 from a friend. I hadn't listened to it in 20+ years until I finally replaced a long, dead turntable. The album doesn't really capture the vibe of a live show, despite actually being recorded live. Many tracks just sound like they've got a bit of reverb.

As far as the track listing, it starts out with a fair bit of energy and then comes to a halt on side two. I'm not one to dismiss all slow songs live, but it feels like the rug was yanked out from under. I do, ... read more

It's a good throwback to club days of yesteryear. It was a fun listen... for a while. I definitely liked those first couple of listens. However, after a few more, its shine has worn and has gone forgotten for other records. It probably won't get played many more times.

One of my favourite pop albums so far this year. Most tracks are fantastic, up-beat, brilliant dance-pop. While only a couple of the songs have some clunky lyrics towards the end of the record, it doesn't take away that they're still good beats. Dua Lipa's upped her game.
