Project Review #87
After reviewing Stankonia, a few weeks ago, I decided to check out Outkast' their sophomore album they released in 1996, and my thoughts. Honestly while I don't think this album is better than "Stankonia", it is still an amazing album, you have great bangers like "Two Dope Boyz(In a Cadillac)", and "ATLiens", but also lyrical cuts like "Wheelz of Steel", "Jazzy Belle" and "Elevators(Me & You)", but also you get some underrated cuts from Outkast like "Babylon", "Mainstream" and the second best highlight behind the title track "13th floor / Growing Old" and another thing I wanna add, is how much I love the futuristic concept, this album brings. So Yeah not much to say just an amazing album.
Sidenote: The album cover is one of the best in all of hip-hop
Best: Two Dope Boyz(In A Cadillac), ATLiens, Wheelz of Steel, Jazzy Belle, Elevators(Me & You), Babylon, Mainstream, 13th Floor / Growing Old
Worst: Wailin
