Biting Elbows is one of my favorite alt/indie rock groups, if just due to the easy listening of their sound. The Dope Fiend Massacre LP tops their list to me however as the most consistently good of their albums. The frontman, Ilya Naishuller, is probably most well known as the director/writer/producer of the first person action movie "Hardcore Henry" (Which most know of due to its Payday 2 tie-in), but his distinctive voice does wonders for their sound.
